Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Delivery rates subject to changes during the peak seasons of November & December.
- Processing and delivery of orders during the period of October to January may take longer than expected due to peak seasonal demand.
- Any amendments to your order will incur a $10 admin charge.
- We attempt to process and deliver online orders within 10 – 12 working days from order placement, subject to stock availability.
- We do not deliver to restricted zones such as Army Camps, Airport Terminals, Government Restricted Buildings, Jurong Island, etc. Please ensure your given delivery address is accessible to delivery personnel.
- After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, item will be returned to main warehouse. Please contact us again to rearrange a delivery.
