Exchange Policy
- Goods sold are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds are done on a case-by-case basis, with a minimum admin charge of $8 applied.
- Goods sold are exchangeable within 30 days with the receipt as proof of purchase.
- Goods sold are not exchangeable at school bookshop.
- Goods sold are exchangeable at our office when there are no uniform sales in schools.
- Exchanges must be the same item and from the same school.
- If exchanged item has different price than purchased item, the difference will either be top-up by customer or refunded by us.
- Goods can be exchanged provided that the products are in ORIGINAL condition, i.e. not washed, not worn, not altered, label not cut and in original packaging.
- All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
- Our exchange policy does not cover damage resulting from negligence or wear and tear.
